The file can be repaired. I repaired it but it only played at 1/3 speed. I don't know if posting it would be okay as someone else got it originally. I can't remember the online repair site but I think it was cleverfiles (I might be wrong), I didn't have a matching file for reference but put another mp4 in and got something.
