if its not starting up, i know this can be a pain in the ass, but what you have to do is
1. back up your ctb model list, groups, stuff ect
2. delete the ctbrec folder
3.Search > run > %appdata% > find the ctbrec file in the appdata file
4. delete it
5. run thr ctbrec application or win batch file from the unzipped folder it should put things straight
6. reupload your ctb model list back up file from your docs
7. enjoy and happy recording.
