the dude is a known scam artist so yes he can. he will say something is b/g and then you unlock it cause it cost so much and theres literally not b/g hardcore. its just pics(sometimes not even nude) with a model. he will be very vague on what something is and overcharge to make you think its something else. or if it is b/g hardcore he will send you only the first part, and then make you unlock part 2 and 3 to get the good stuff. his stuff is already overpriced so if he was just honest about what he was selling he probably would make way more money anyways
