yep you would get your money back. when you do the report make sure to mention that she violated the terms of use for creators, specifically section 9. b. v. (it basically states that the content needs to be correctly described, otherwise it breaks the terms of use for creators) and then just say something like the content she sold me was not described correctly and doesn't show the things she stated in the description and that i should be refunded the amount that i paid for this content.

I've done this many times with several different creators and I'd say 9 out of 10 times it works. Sometimes the support person will say that it doesn't violate the terms and then doesn't refund me, but then I'll just create a ticket the next day and get a different support person and then that one will refund me. Don't give up, report those scammers and get your money back and hold them accountable.

Go here: https://onlyfans.com/help and then select 'Take me to support' and there you can create a new ticket. For the question part I usually select Account -> Report an account, and then explain the situation in the Details section. They'll usually ask you for screenshots of the conversation too, so you might have to upload some pics as well.
I was told that you can only get refunded up to 90 days from the purchase, anything beyond that you are out of luck.
