it seems like they provide highest available resolution with proper size, but whenever i try to download it give me the lowest quality with smaller size, how can it be solved?

It seems that they declare a higher file size than it really is. Maybe it is the size of the original video which was uploaded to abyss.to. If its resolution is 720p and has ~1.9-2.2 Mbps bitrate, it should be OK. Abyss.to can have 1080p videos but I haven't seen any 1080p video in alldeepfakes.com.

If you're using android, you can download using uc browser.
Uc browser has a built-in downloader that works in alldeepfake.
Doesn't work on all sites, but alldeepfake should be fine.
