I do not understand how this woman's mind works.

She goes missing for weeks and months at a time (especially on OF). Then when she shows back up she demands a ton of attention (on insta) and undeserved money (on OF), and she isn't willing to actually work for it and give people what they want in exchange. She just demands it, sometimes offering vague promises (that never actually go anywhere).

Then if she doesn't get what she wants, she acts all confused and/or upset. If she does get what she wants, she doesn't actually do anything worthwhile in exchange. She just fucks off again for another few weeks or months.

How does she not realize that she's the problem? If she were remotely consistent and willing to give people what they want (within reason) she'd be one of the most popular girls on the internet and would be rolling in internet simp money.

Nope, she just wants exactly what she wants from the internet, exactly when she wants it. What a spoiled little brat.
