About a year ago I noticed that a PPV that I bought was missing in my purchased tab. Support informed me that the video turned out to be against tos so they removed it. After much pushing from my side, they finally refunded it. However a couple months ago the same this happened but this time they told me to go fuck myself. They use the same "You are not buying the content but the license to the content so we can take it away anytime we want" bullshit that other companies are using (I don't remember if it was some gaming company or some movie company).
Until about a year ago, there were multiple instances where OF support did infact refund me when the PPV was different from what was advertised. Honestly they were pretty solid about it. However something like this hasn't happened the past year, so I can't comment on their current policy.
When you request content from a creator and pay in advance and they ghost you, OF will refund you, but you have to ask the creator again and after a week support will refund. Again, this was also over a year ago, so can't comment on currenty policy.
