I think that's how Murbo works, he - or possibly Martzipanova - runs the pages and provides the content (and probably takes the money) in the models' names. He concentrates on one or two models at a time that he has a lot of photos of until the content runs out (or they get pissed off with him) and then moves on.
This seems to have been what happened with Talanina, if you clicked on any of the Redgifs trailers supposedly posted by "Janefays" it would tend to lead back to pages run by Murbophoto or Martzipanova and I presume that it was one of them or an underling that was posting the standard "Look at my big tits more on OF..." bait under the model's supposed username.

Mavrin does pretty much the same but he tends to take over the models instagram as well.
