This is what I ran into a few weeks ago, I knew this would happen. Honestly, if it's promised as b/g and you clarify that the set you're trying to buy is a sex tape, if it's not but she says yes, you can call for a refund so long as you have those prerequisites.

and you're exactly right if they don't explicitly say it's a sextape only b/g and there is a boy and a girl they haven't lied. But it's really a lie by omission and there is a direct implication when saying b/g or topless etc. OF and similar are so fucking predatory with this shit.

I believe the only reason their hasn't been a class action on it is solely because it's porn and no one wants to put their name to it. Same shit with agencies doing the bulk of messaging as the creator.
