In one word, insecurity. Maybe driven from bullying from other girls. I have yet to find one straight man who thinks this is sexier than natural smaller tits. This gorgeous girl I know, she's a 11/10, small frame, perfect ass, she's obsessed with getting tits since one of her friends got them, fortunately she can't afford them. In my logic, girls want to show them to other girls to make them envious, so they dress nicely and show a nice cleavage, but it's us men that have to deal with the awful naked tits after the clothes come off, that's why us men dislike fake tits and women want them.
