For VLC Player user's:
1º Go to Tools > Preferences > Video, Force Aspect Ratio: 32:16, save and close the player
2º Open the player again
3º Go to Tools > Effects and Filters > Video Effects > Crop, in left, put: 2900 and close
4º Go to Video > Unmark 'Always fit Window'
5º Go to Video > Zoom > 1:2 Half

Your preference:
6º Go to Playback > Speed > Slower

hey buddy, do you know any trick to play the video in a lower resolution on vlc? My PC is kind old and doesnt play the video smoothly

i used a program called 'handbrake' to downscale the vids to 4k, worked great after that
