hey buddy, do you know any trick to play the video in a lower resolution on vlc? My PC is kind old and doesnt play the video smoothly

i used a program called 'handbrake' to downscale the vids to 4k, worked great after that

KMPlayer64 runs these a lot faster than vlc on old machines. Set the VR mode to normal then use the mouse to click and drag the camera around to just one "eye".
