ryzen 5 or i5 is the minimum you should go, if you have the money go for ryzen 7 or i7 and for graphics cards 1650 should be lowest, ofc if you do have the money go for a 4090,4070. buy from the 4000 series as its the newer ones and as for ram 16gb is probably best for gaming streaming and deepfakes. As for storage its best to have ssds rather than hard drives as ssds are faster, 1tb as the minimum should be good.
