you can buy a usb TO SATA cable, very cheaply.
laptop drives do not require any extra power so will be powered via the usb
so you plug it into a usb drive on a different computer and it will show as an external drive.
first you would have to remove the drive from the old laptop, this is very easy they are made to be replaced
might need a small screw driver etc.
if you dont entirely understand this, there will be many youtube videos showing how to do this, its really easy
