Egy kérdés, illetve ha úgy tetszik, ötlet: ezt nem tudod jelenteni az OF customer service-n? Tehát ha jól értem: előfizettél, kérdeztél, fizettél és tiltott. Cserébe nem kaptál semmit. Ez nettó lopás.
Talán egy próbát megér. Nem ilyen jellegű tapasztalat, de nekem teljesen jó élményem volt az Only ügyfeleseivel, hátha segítenek neked, nektek is.

Inkabb ne valaszoljon es ok vettem a lapot hogy nem adja

Írj a Costumer Servicenek. Én is jártam már így 3-5 munkanapon belül vissza kaptam a pénzt.
