From everything I heard back in the day, she refused to sign off on any B/G content being released and unfortunately for us, any photographers that might have some of that material weren't greasy enough to release it.
You have to remember that pre-1997 there was no hardcore allowed in US and Canada publications and the UK didn't lift their restrictions till even later.
So we had a bit of a golden age previous to that in so far as there were 3 categories of porn. Hardcore, Softcore and simulated with only the last 2 able to be published in the bigger markets.
What's so special about this is that Simulated allowed strictly softcore models to go a bit further without doing penetration so we weren't just getting actual porn stars, we were getting top end playboy tier models posing with men sporting full erections in shoots that stopped just short hardcore contact.
When the restrictions were lifted, we lost the Simulated tier for the most part and the divide between hardcore and softcore models has been clearly defined since.
Now the point of this long ass story is that many times some of these softcore models crossed the line during these shoots but held in the trust that the photographer wouldn't release any of it and very few ever did because if word got out that they couldn't be trusted, none of these top end models would sign up for those shoots with them
