Definitely AI generated, you can see imperfections on the background. some doors, angles, cables doesn't make sense, wrong reflections, no two photos with same clothes or in same place. This is no filter, this is fully AI generated.

It's more likely that it's an AI model trained off of a single person (people do this to make deepfakes all the time). Look at her tweets from 7/3, zoom in on the edge of the fabric and look at the stars. Not only are they not right, they're also not consistent one picture to the next. Incredible AI to get such a consistent face and body, but AI nonetheless.
