I've seen her asked this a few times, and she says she tries to do it in private.
I haven't watched her streams in a while, but there have been a few times before this where she's had a quick mini-prolapse in public due to intense and prolonged anal penetration. Once, she even had to use her fingers to push it in because it was spilling out. So, she must have had some real prolapses in private without any difficulty.
I don't think she's ever done it, only gaping
