Now, I wouldnāt say this chick is fat cause fat is way bigger than this like that TLC show about 600lbs people
. If anything sheās chubby. BUT! I have a gut feeling sheās gonna put on more weight and thus, she will be fat af! Just like what happened to Znnabel, she got fat and eww looking especially after her reduction. Apparently though she is aware she has put on weight over the years (probably eating too much to cope with her fucked up mind and mental health shit and getting older too) so sheās highly insecure with it but dumb how to fix it. Her thought process is cosmetic surgery because thatās the easiest route vs putting in the hard and dedication by going eating healthier and working out. Thatās too difficult and will take too long. So let me fuck up my body and face which could be a 10/10 but will be a 01/10 . So sheāll most likely use ozempic like you said. And Iāll just throw this in hear, not attacking or anything cause Iām sure someone will take it that way 
, itās natural for a girl to have a belly unless that belly is like somewhat near 600lbs. And itās also natural for a girl to have a few rolls since a belly is squishy. Nothing wrong with a girl having some meat on body than a fucking skeleton stick. Plus, curvier/thicker or chubbier girls are just way better in a lot of things especially giving head.
