Dude's name is Chester koong, He's a Korean Content creator and serial voyeur and he recorded himself doing things to over 160 women (allegedly more) from korean college students to models.
There's 2 stories so far that I have heard;
1. He sold these videos to someone and it got leaked, he then deleted all his Social media pages and posted an apology letter and then unalived himself.
2. The cloud that he kept his whole collection in got hacked and the videos were stolen and uploaded to the internet, some of the videos had models that were "famous" or "up and coming" over there and became a huge thing, videos became viral and he wrote a letter of apology then unalived himself.
