Never have I ever seen that tattoo in all the videos I have. And the body frame looks smaller, so does the chin. I don't think that's her.

might want to relook then; looking through my folder of her pics, that tattoo shows a few times.

a very similar looking tattoo at least, in the same spot. I suppose that is a popular style amongst women though. Not 100% it's her, but Lizzy absolutely does have a tattoo there under her clavicle, have to look at her pictures though, its usually hiding behind her hair.
