And to the idea that they will "descend" with time, no they very much won't. There is nowhere for them to fucking descend to, her natural boobs are in the fucking way. If the implants DID descend down to where her natural boobs are now then the natural boobs would ALSO descend and be down on her stomach nearly touching her belly button.
