Not false at all, You actually get to monitor and download up to 3 accounts for no charge. The quality is 720P but a 720 from a good camera is like 1080 from a lower quality camera. I've paid for the premium for the last 3 months but I cancelled it since they are having scrambled recordings on most of the accounts. I'll resub later if they get it figured out so for now it's the 3 free for me!
