easy if you are on windows 11 you can use snipping tool (which is native to the OS) that has option to capture video with sound

I didn't know snipping tool could do this. Unfortunately, I am not using Windows 11. Thanks though!

i use this google chrome extension https://www.hlsloader.com/ , i join the live then press the extension button and it starts recording, and you need to keep the tang0 tab active, otherwise it will bug and stop recording
