Hey, guy from Dubai here. If you see "models" posting on Yacht, some luxurious room or some fancy party, they're indirectly invited as an escort.
And yeah, Porta Party is real and happens more often than you think. I know people who had been to those and they said, these "models" are just like a display items for them.
They keep taking non-stop pictures everywhere. And when the boss calls, they just go with them. It's mostly for sex rather than Porta Potty if it's something Yacht or group event.
Not all of them, but most of them are fucked atleast once in that trip by the host.
