It doesn't matter what you think or how you try to justify your opinion, take her word for it( if she actually is lily she clearly wants to move on from that part of her life and not be hounded by people about that persona).
The fact is that i don't believe that two different persons exist with the same exact body, same voice, same face and same clothes unless a sister exist and that sister is a twin. If Tofie has a twin which is Lily then it could make sense that both have the same flat body. But even a twin have a different way to behave.
Also this is my personal opinion but even those TikToks she makes are too much similiar to Lily ones but maybe i'm wrong.
