They wrote "both naked" so that is them admitting it, just reply back to that message and ask them to confirm that they are showing their fronts, nipples visible etc. once they write yes, you screenshot that as a backup if you need to refund.

They've technically done nude videos before so I agree it needs to be clear what they are sending in order to send money and that refund protection is helpful
