Those super early pics were actually faked by a popular fake account that pretended to be lily, there were many of them and they were big accounts too, of which some were sketchy accounts from bangladesh, you could see the location if you went to the account details. They posted her official patreon page in the link to look legit and after cultivating the followers they put sketchy tG links in the bio to sell stuff of other girls. Lily’s mom also asked fans many times to report those accounts.
Those pink bra and panties one were not posted by her, many pics from those era were not her and fakes by accounts that were trying to farm popularity by using her face. one of the accounts even had a subscription page where they sold those fake photos and many fans thought it was her.

Talking of changes... anyone notice how much redder, almost inflamed her asshole looks in the later sets vs the early ones lol. Doubt that was done by photoshop
