There's not really a need to make an account unless you want to chat in russian,or use a translator,but no sign in is needed to view cams,,the site just sucks now as far as freezing up or shutting down streams because it seems the servers are weak when high traffic happens or fast movements or strobe lights really screw things up when the people on cams use them. It seems to be taking the same path VK.COM took and that's not good.
