I was using the term "victim" since that was what was used in the legal documents, but in hindsight it would have been more accurate to refer to them as "AF-##s" and "witnesses" for that purpose.

Likewise for E326, my initial phrasing was bad - what I meant to say was "she has spoken out on social media about her sexual assault" (her term, not mine). I have nothing to say about her actual account one way or the other.

Lets not be delusional. They were convicted. And these were the things the lawyers claimed.

I believe your screenshot shows allegations made against them during the civil trial, which they lost. Also, there were no convictions in the criminal Fed case because two of the main producers did not take it to trial; they plead guilty, and have been sentenced. The last guy who was on the run was caught, has plead guilty, and will be sentenced in Sept.

These guys were legit creeps. One of them is literally on (or at least was on) the FBI's 10 most wanted list. They lied about what was going to happen to get them in the room, then did stuff to force them to stay like take their clothes so they only choices were run out of the room naked without IDs, wallets, phones, etc or do what they were told and be able to leave after. That's not really a choice for most young women. Don't defend these legitimate criminals.
