Dude, it's obviously her. Don't fall for this stupid shit. It's quite clear what she's doing, her Lily persona got banned from all the main OF type websites for appearing too young so she is making a new persona to try and start anew.

She has 3 moles on her forearm that you can clearly see in this insta video: tofieangel (the text on her shirt is backwards, the video is flipped)

No its not lily.
lily had plenty of other moles, her body was almost full of moles.
tofie only has a few of them.
There are moles from lily that tofie does not have.
The most obvious mole from lily on her face. tofie doesn’t have. you need to get over it dude

No, as i said, i was wrong on Lily, they're not the same person.
The pattern could be the same, but the moles are different.
As rotoki said, Lily has a mole on her face while Tofie doesn't have it.

It makes more sense that Tofie and Lily are two different persons but are sisters, it explain a lot of things.
