The piercings she has/had in the pics were nipple-piercings, not genitalia. And as far as I know, you definitly can get those with parental consent... or with a piercer who does not care wether it's legal, as long as you pay him... so, no, the fact that she is pierced and has some of her tattoos in those pictures does not make her over 18 in the pictures... ALSO, they remain revenge porn... to distribute/post RP is a criminal offense in some US states and a lot of countries, outside of the US (while it obviously isn't as bad as UA-/CSAM-Content, it's still way worse than DMCA-Violations for copyright infringements of OF/Passes content... the former is criminal, the latter civil liability...)
