So i watched a few of them.
Clearly they know that it is going to be a nude/erotic shoot.
The photographer is pushing to get more action. Some of the girls are clearly unconfortable and refuse his requests.
Some of the girls bring a guy that is either their boyfriend or a FWB to fuck after the 2nd or 3rd shoot.

My guess is that he recruits them for solo "soft" shoots on amateur websites and then he pushes for more.
