This is one of her very early pictures back when she was on Patreon and Instagram at first. There have been rumors that her Mom and "agent" used photoshop on her earlier pictures and did things like stuff her bra. Though throughout Lily's entire career until the very end on Fanvue her appearance would slightly change often.

it's her but this pic is a few years old. She lost a significant amount of weight after that pic. But with that said considering it's been alleged that that other girl is her (can't remember her name, mouse something) she appears to have gained the weight back which imo is a good thing.
