I'm not subscribed to her anymore, but when I was last year I paid her $500 custom and never received a reply. Eventually asked OF for a refund which they gave.

I get she wants to run her page herself, and fuck agencies, but if you want to be solo and people are paying money upfront you cant just disappear. I think its disrespectful to take money and not reply for weeks and/or months. Hope you get it soon.
