Eu só consigo acessar com VPN. Eles tem um bot pra bloquear IPs que burlam regras do site, tipo upar gore, café preto, etc. Mas esse bot, provavelmente, bloqueia vários ips aleatórios sem nenhum motivo. Eu nunca quebrei nenhuma regra lá, e tanto meu IP fixo quanto um ip do meu 4g foram bloqueados, e não sou o único. Já vi muitos usuários em fórums reclamando que também não conseguem mais entrar lá, e outros que já foram bloqueados instantaneamente após apenas acessar o site pela primeira vez. Minha VPN também já está quase toda bloqueada lá, são apenas 3 IPs dela que ainda conseguem acessar.
