They just don't have file extensions. Change the file extension or rename them to ".mp4" and they will show previews / open in your normal video player or just open them with your video player when your computer asks you how to open the files. They're okay.
The files are missing a file extension but they are video files. After download use a file manager to locate and add the file extension .mp4 and it should show all ok
