i never realised the :cheers: was anything different, never used that one
instead of medal i use :love: for good posts as that reward medal is a lot less common on the server, than the one for medal emotes

Yeah the Medal and Heart Eyes ones are more than +1 I think. I tend to use the medal for extra thanks to someone and the heart one for something I really love but I feel heart eyes should be at least the same amount if it were up to me. I just think it'd be cool to know how much they contribute so we can make sure we're giving people the praise we intend is all. 🍻

As far as I remember, it is just that. Like +1, dislike -1, medal +10.
