I go there often. First of all, weirdly, it's the only site that doesn't work with my VPN. That makes me guess that they've had issues with botting.

Second, it appears as though only a few users are allowed to post there. There are a few accounts that keep posting like 4dapeople, Nova, Saints Zero, sometimes on the daily, and sometimes with weeks apart. Clearly they disabled uploads to most accounts.

Maybe they don't have enough resources to get more server space for anyone, so they only allow a few users to keep the traffic going.
