In my mind, "make it up to us" would mean sending out extra photos, and maybe even some more suggestive content than she normally would in the DMs for free. If not, then send some inexpensive PPVs. But to Paige, "make it up to you" means doing nothing differently and just keeping up with the same lame status quo. Also, when was the last time she did a live stream?
