I don't think she's german. Germans speak english perfectly. If she doesn't talk in her videos it is because she can't. I'm more inclined to think she's russian. There are several russian girls who use the ASMR to promote their adult content, that's why she started on Youtube and parallely she had her Fansly already prepared to start producing adult content, but she turned out to be really good at ASMR and she's been postponing uploading stuff to Fansly, most likely because she's probably earning a bunch of money just by uploading a very sutil fetish-ish content to Youtube, like feet stuff, leather clothing, crush fetish, scratching.
