Found it - "iamasuka". She started a broadcast as Queeneliaa_ today - and ended it almost immediately. She was still online on SC though, so I used search tag "asian" and found her new profile. No idea why she suddenly changed accounts though, she clearly has access to both. Wanting to rebrand I guess and leave her old Queenelia name behind her.
I was right about her dual streaming when that fisting tip came in, because her new profile had a show running at the same time - that's must have been why she refused to do it, due to CB's rules.
I then saw that guy who tipped for fisting write this in her chat today: "Good luck with your show Nelly - again, thank you so much!"
So I PM'd him asking him what happened - she had apparently promised she would make a custom for him instead. And lo and behold - he actually received it just before her show started today! Apparently he too had been in contact with her "official" *** profile first, which as it turns out - was not her, just someone impersonating her and selling her old files. Which explains why no one ever received any real customs there. So, while she's still kind of a mess, she is at least not stealing people's money, and the TG channels are not controlled by her it seems.

That said, she still has "Any action you want 4166" so it's possible she might still fist then - which is cheaper than it was 5000, but still extremely rare. But even so - it made no sense for her to not perform fisting after literally getting tipped for it last night...
Not sure if she's gonna update her VK channel anymore since it's using the queenelia name and it certainly seems like she has abandoned that profile...
Though she updated her smallest TG channel with 22 subs yesterday with an unlockable picture - for 3000 stars (5000 stars package costs 100 USD....). The picture in question is just her profile pic from SC (I can tell from the outline) - completely nuts.
