Similar issue, however since I have my account set to require a passkey and that passkey no longer works since the domain has changed I am now locked out of my account. I'm sure I'm missing something but I've tried changing and resetting password but no luck.

Whatever the issue. I logged in this morning. Logged out. Came back this afternoon, tried logging in and couldn't Tried everything. It recognised my username but not my password. I had it set to remember me. It wouldn't even send me a forgotten password link. Hence starting again from scratch. So something seems to have gone on today.

The domain change made my passkey useless. I cannot log in anymore because I don't have access to the backup codes anymore. Had to get a new account.
