i have reported guys that all of their reaction is a shit emoji or dislike but nothing. also just out of spite people in here press shit or dislike. i dont believe any of those have any usefulness. if you like a post press like if not dont do anything simple as that.

Dislikes are kinda unnecessary when good posts naturally climb. Just wastes mod time when abuse happens.

for me, i react based on how i feel. if i strongly dislike a post or comment, such as if someone posts a link to a spam page, I'll join the others disliking it to show everyone else that they shouldn't waste their time on it. It seems like a very useful tool for that purpose alone, but there could be many other reasons to strongly dislike a post or comment. Maybe it's the wrong girl wrong thread. Maybe it's like farming. maybe it's someone being obnoxious. Negative crowd feedback can be very healthy and naturally reduced work for admins. But I also see your point and if nothing is done to uphold the forum rules of dislike or shit spamming, that's equally bad. I've reported that several times here and every time, the user got banned. I'm sorry your experience was different.
