Stuff like that used to show up in the random feed quite often. The site was nothing like it was 10-12 years ago but up untill they were raided the site was full of nasty shit. You didn't have to look for it for it to show up in the random galleries and videos feeds. The first time they went down it was just to get the investigating agencies off their backs but they removed very little and switched domains and called it good while saying they had a super effective transparent reporting feature that they did not actually use but was just for show. I mean amassing 74 thousand open reports whin the time they came back till they got taken down a second time and this time by force. If they do manage to come back not only will it be heavily regulated but it will mirror sites like xhamster.
