That has happened MANY times, it was especially egregious when she reached her fisting goal at 4444 once, and still logged off without completing it. Which also breaks the TOS:

"The following count as violations:
  • Not performing items from your public or private tip menus.
  • Not performing a show after agreeing to it and receiving payment.
  • Not performing a completed goal, or updating your goals right before completion on purpose."

    Which again strikes me as weird that she is so worried about getting banned for fisting, while breaking a bunch of other rules all the time... clearly they are not reinforced, or maybe no one bothers complaining about it.

    Not that her room goals really matter - she does everything in them for free completely randomly during her shows anyway. Besides, the goal "big dick in ass" for 3333 tokens is nothing special at all - the last time she actually performed the "goal", she just used her standard "veiny dildo" that she uses for most of her show, not the biggest one. So you did not miss out on anything special.
