This is actually a plausible theory that I hadn't considered. Or at least it might play a factor into the overall reason. Personally, I've been leaning towards her boyfriend finding out how far she's gone and isn't comfortable with it, so he gave her an ultimatum. Either way, I'm pretty sure it's over.
