I'm not looking specifically for a fake, but can someone remove the censor?

I see that the marks are semi-transparent, so maybe an expert knows how to reverse the process. (don't know if it's possible)

You'd have to do it by hand. It's going to take you a while. It's way easier to just fake it, honestly.

But I'm still curious about the original. Is it just regular Photoshop that can be used to achieve what you described? What functions should be used? Or any other specific tools?

Yeah, I would use photoshop. A clone stamp, with spot healing and possibly first trying to match the marks to her skin color to make it easier - that would be about how I would tackle that. Like I said, this will take you hours if you want to make it perfect.
