Mano tem uma extensão do google chrome que se chama "Toggle JavaScript". É só vc abrir o post que está a foto ou o vídeo dela e clicar nessa extensão, que desabilita o javascript da página, aí da pra vc clicar com o botão direito e abrir em uma nova guia ou clicar pra salvar e tals. Já se for pelo onlyf4ns, vc baixa uma extensão chamada "Downloader for OnlyFans.com". Acho que essa extensão não tem mais na loja oficial do chrome, mas vc acha na net, eu usava mt ela e sempre funcionou.
