Photos shouldn't be hard to download; I think you can right click and save them, for videos you can go under developer tools (F12 or right click -> inspect element) and go under network tab, there should be a link there somewhere, unless the creator has DRM enabled in which case this is not possible (it is still possible to download content just very tedious; you need a specialized tool).

If you are talking about ripping entire profile then you'll need special tools. I suggest searching onlyfans on github. There should be some tools there with instructions.

if youre on firefox about:config -> dom.event.contextmenu.enabled -> set it to false then you can right click and save
